Mend Well Launches Expanded Chronic Condition Management, Extending Surgical Care Into Long-Term Obesity & Hypertension Support

Mend expanded its Mend Well program, formerly branded as Upgraid, from a perioperative nutrition and remote monitoring program into a chronic care platform that now includes support for obesity and hypertension management. The program continues to support consumers throughout the surgical process, from preoperative preparation through recovery, and now operates under the Mend name.

The program, care team, and clinical support remain unchanged for existing consumers. Since its launch, Mend Well has supported more than 6,500 individuals through surgery and recovery. The expanded program is intended to continue supporting consumers after the initial recovery period.
