Spring Health Joins The Alight Partner Network, Adding Mental Health Services

Alight, Inc., announced a strategic partnership with Spring Health to add mental health services to the Alight Partner Network. The integration will make Spring Health services available through the Alight Worklife platform, which serves more than 30 million people.

Through the integration, employees with access to Alight will be able to access Spring Health’s self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and crisis care through the benefits platform. Spring Health services will also be available during benefits enrollment, leave, and other significant life events.
