In $2.8 Billion Deal, Lilly To Acquire AtaiBeckley To Advance Therapies For Treatment-Resistant Depression & Other Mental Health Conditions
Eli Lilly and Company and AtaiBeckley Inc. entered into a definitive agreement under which Lilly will acquire AtaiBeckley, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing treatments for mental health conditions. The acquisition has an aggregate equity value of approximately $2.8 billion. It is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, after securing final shareholder and regulatory approvals.
