MouthPad, The First-Ever Tongue Trackpad, Launches To The Public Alongside New Vox Invisible Keyboard

Augmental launched the MouthPad, a tongue-controlled computer mouse, and released a United States beta of Vox, a wearable voice-input device.

The MouthPad, first introduced through an early-access program in 2024, is a hands-free Bluetooth mouse that allows users to control phones, tablets, and computers with tongue, head, and sip gestures. More than 100 people with mobility challenges currently use the device, according to the company.
