Collette Health & Prime Healthcare Partner To Transform Consumer Safety & Advance Virtual Nursing Capabilities
Collette Health, which provides virtual nursing services, announced a strategic partnership with Prime Healthcare to support consumer safety and frontline caregivers through virtual observation technology. The partnership is intended to establish infrastructure for expanded virtual nursing services across Prime Healthcare’s network.
Prime Healthcare evaluated virtual observation programs based on consumer safety, caregiver adoption, and resource management. Following a pilot at Paradise Valley Hospital that reported an 84% reduction in consumer falls on medical-surgical units, Prime Healthcare planned to deploy Collette Health’s integrated solution at qualifying hospitals.
