Risepoint Acquires Keypath Education’s North American Operations To Expand Online Health Care Education & Clinical Placement Services

Risepoint, an education technology and services company, acquired the North American operations of Keypath Education. The acquisition adds more than 20 university partnerships and expands Risepoint’s support for health care education through Keypath’s clinical placement network. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The transaction adds support for online and hybrid programs in fields such as speech-language pathology, counseling, clinical social work, and pharmacy.
