Navitus Launches GLP-1 Pathways & DirectAccess Direct-To-Consumer Option

Navitus launched GLP-1 Pathways, an approach for managing glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) medications throughout the treatment process. The GLP-1 Pathways offering includes DirectAccess, a direct-to-consumer option that gives eligible members access to GLP-1 medications for weight management outside the traditional pharmacy benefit. The program provides plan sponsors with an alternative for responding to member demand and establishing more predictable costs.

GLP-1 Pathways is designed to help plan sponsors manage access, costs, and outcomes over time. The program includes support for coverage decisions, therapy management, and outcome measurement.
