David Goff brings cabinet-level finance and administration experience with nearly 37 years of progressive leadership in community-based behavioral health and human services to the OPEN MINDS team. Recognized as a thought leader and trusted strategic advisor to Chief Executive Officers, executive leadership teams, and governing boards, Mr. Goff specialize in financial strategy, organizational sustainability, and enterprise growth solutions.

Prior to joining OPEN MINDS, Mr. Goff was the Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer at Jefferson Center for Mental Health in Wheat Ridge, CO., one of the largest community-based behavioral health providers in the Denver metro area. Here, Mr. Goff led transformative growth from serving approximately 10,000 to 30,000 individuals, including significant workforce expansion and multi-site development across seven new clinical and residential locations.

Previously, Mr. Goff was the Director of Finance at Jefferson Center for Mental Health where he designed new financial systems and led the implementation of analytics-based forecasting tools which enabled real-time, fact-based decision-making.

Mr. Goff holds a Master of Business Administration from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting from Colorado State University. He has served on various Boards of Directors and is currently the President of Fenton Place & Jefferson Therapeutic Living Apartments.
