West Tennessee Healthcare Expands Critical Care Support Through EICU Program In Partnership With Philips & Hellocare.ai

West Tennessee Healthcare is expanding its systemwide electronic intensive care unit (eICU) program using Philips eCareManager, integrated with the hellocare.ai virtual care platform. The health system serves 19 counties across West Tennessee and Southeast Missouri, a region with more than 600,000 residents. The program adds virtual monitoring technology to 127 intensive care unit (ICU) beds and 17 mobile emergency department carts.
