Pennsylvania DOC RFP 6100024268 Seeks Correctional Mental Health Care Services
On December 23, 2013, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC) announced it had selected MHM Correctional Services, Inc. for a five-year contract to continue to provide correctional psychiatric and inpatient mental health services. Psychology services will be provided utilizing DOC staff; the same delivery method that was in place previously. The $91 million contract includes performance-based incentives and penalties; it runs from October 1, 2013, through September 30, 2018. This document is the DOC request for proposals.
