In June 2013, the the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)-HRSA Center for Integrated Health Solutions released a PowerPoint presentation on case studies for integration models. Case studies included are the Wellness Clinic at the Weber Human Services Midtown Community Health Center; Care Plus NJ Center for Primary and Behavioral Health; and AspenPointe and Peak Vista Community Health Center. Lessons learned include access; matching staff to site and project needs; services; funding; governance; leadership; and culture (both corporate and clinical).
