On February 1, 2014, the federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) awarded a five-year, $1.27 million contract to Atlanta Psychological Associates to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services in Hartford, Connecticut. The contract also began on February 1, and runs through January 31, 2019. After the base year serving an estimated 66 federal offenders, in the subsequent contract years through 2019, Atlanta Psychological Associates will serve an estimated 69, 72, 76, and 80 inmates respectively.
