Delaware CYF13-08 Seeks Youth System Of Care Services

Delaware is expanding its behavioral health system of care (SOC) for children and youth with serious emotional disturbance (SED). In preparation, on February 5, 2014, the Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth, and Their Families (CYF), Division of Prevention and Behavioral Health Services (DPBHS) released a request for proposals (RFP CYF13-08) seeking two independent contractors to provide program support services: a family coordinator and a data analyst.
