Pay For Success Contract Among The Commonwealth Of Massachusetts, Roca, Inc. & Youth Services Inc.

On January 29, 2014, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Roca, Inc., and Youth Services, Inc., launched a pay-for-success initiative focused on juvenile justice. The initiative is intended to reduce incarceration and increase employment among the highest-risk, justice system involved youth between the ages of 17 and 23 who live in the greater Boston, greater Chelsea, and greater Springfield areas of Massachusetts.
