In October 2013, the Washington State Department of Early Learning began a three-year evaluation of the impact of using a centralized home visiting program implementation hub to support regional home visiting programs funded by a federal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program (MIECHV) grant. Through the evaluation, the state seeks to learn key elements necessary to successfully implement evidence-based home visiting. This document is the request for proposals seeking an organization to design and conduct the evaluation. The contract was awarded to SRI International.
