Massachusetts Department of Children & Families’ Investigation Report Concerning The Disappearance Of Jeremiah Oliver
In mid-December 2013 the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) learned that a five-year-old boy in DCF custody was reported as missing and had not been seen for several months, although caseworkers are supposed to visit each child in DCF custody monthly. In this report, DCF presented its investigation of the actions of the caseworker and and supervisors responsible for ensuring the child's well-being.
