Pennsylvania’s RCPA Announces Retirement Of Director Of Legislative Affairs

Anne Leisure, MHA, has recently announced her retirement as RCPA's (Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association's) director of legislative affairs. Ms. Leisure joined the association (through PCPA) in 2008 and has been responsible for the development and communication of all legislative and policy initiatives. She has worked closely with the association's contract lobbyist team to establish and maintain positive working relationships with legislators, legislative staff, and administration policy makers.
