Value Health Completes Acquisition

OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News Value Health Inc. of Avon, Connecticut, has completed the acquisition of Preferred Health Care Ltd. (PHC) after shareholders of both companies approved the transaction, valued at approximately $400 million.
