FHC Options Selected by CHAMPUS

OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health Industry Analyst Industry News CHAMPUS has selected First Hospital Corporation Options (FHC Options) to provide behavioral health services on a risk basis for the 230,000 CHAMPUS beneficiaries in the Tidewater area of Virginia. FHC Options will replace Sentara Health Systems as the program contractor on April 1, 1989. The contract was awarded to FHC Options on a fixed-fee based for 4.5 years with interim renewal periods.
