Providence Center Opens Outpatient Adolescent Program

OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News The Providence Center For Counseling & Psychiatric Services opened Quitting Time For Adolescents, an intensive outpatient chemical dependency program for adolescents in January of 1990. The 9-week program was developed by Providence Center which is a community mental health center, through a $38,000 grant by Carlisle Services, Inc., of Framingham, Massachusetts, a private philanthropic organization. Providence Center also offers a Quitting Time program for adults.
