OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News January 18, 1996, Foundation Health Corporation announced that it had reached a definitive agreement to acquire privately held Managed Health Network, Inc. (MHN) in a stock-for-stock, pooling of interests transaction valued at approximately $45 million. Completion of the acquisition is subject to certain closing conditions, including approval by the California Department of Corporations.
