PMR Announces Sale Of Interest In Stadt Solutions

OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News PMR Corporation, a provider of disease management services for the seriously mentally ill, announced on January 21, 2000 that it has received approximately $3.3 million as a preferential distribution from Stadt Solutions, LLC, its former specialty pharmacy joint venture with Bergen Brunswig. As a result, PMR's membership interest was reduced to a nominal level.
