Medco Behavioral Care of California, Inc. (MBCCA), a subsidiary of Medco Behavioral Care (MBC), has been providing EAP services for more than 500,000 state employees and dependents in California, as well as New York, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Dallas since July 1, 1994. During the first six months of the contract, over 5,000 people have been served, with patient satisfaction results reported at 97%.
