OSAP Plans National Training System

OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News The Office for Substance Abuse Prevention (OSAP) has launched an $8.1 million program for providing training in the diagnosis, referral, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of’ chemical dependency. The program is expected to be operational during the summer of 1990.
