OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News The California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) Board of Administration voted May 17, 2000 to increase certain prescription drug copayments for members in the health care program. The increase is part of an effort designed to encourage members to use less expensive generic drugs and to stimulate an increase in mail-order prescriptions.
