OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News The U.S. Department of Labor has awarded an 18-month supplemental contract worth $5 million to ResCare, Inc., to operate the Brooklyn Job Corps Academy, as well as a $20 million, two-year contract to continue operating the Guthrie Job Corps Center in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The Brooklyn academy, a satellite to the ResCare operated South Bronx Job Corps Center, is the first primarily high tech career Job Corps site in the country.
