AMBHA Releases PERMS 2.0

OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News On September 1, 1998, the American Managed Behavioral Healthcare Association (AMBHA) released its second version of Performance Measures for Managed Behavioral Healthcare Programs (PERMS 2.0).
