Michigan Dodges Full-Fledged Competition In Revised Plan For Mental Health, Developmental Disability, And Substance Abuse Services

OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News The Michigan Department of Community Health (DCH) has determined that the standard market model of competitive procurement of specialty Prepaid Health Plans is not practical in Michigan.
