OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst New Contract Awards The New Jersey Division of Mental Health Services has awarded a contract to establish an intensive, 15-bed residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities and co-existing  psychiatric illnesses as part of the expansion of discharge opportunities for persons currently hospitalized at Ancora Psychiatric Hospital to Family Services (Burlington County).
