GHI and ValueOptions Re-Awarded New York Empire Plan

OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News Group Health Incorporated (GHI) and ValueOptions, Inc. have been re-awarded the Empire Plan by the New York State Department of Civil Service. The Empire Plan covers approximately 640,000 state and local employees and their dependents. The five-year contract becomes effective January 1, 1999 and is valued at more than $300 million.
