Update on Mandated Mental Health Laws Reported
OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News Currently 27 states have some form of mandated mental health coverage according to a report that appeared in Psychotherapy Finances, Volume 16, Number 5. Of these, 14 have mandatory coverage requirements for certain types of policies.
