Rating of State Mental Health Programs Released

OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News The rating of state mental health programs was released in September, 1990 by Public Citizen and the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI). Hawaii was rated last by the study, receiving only two out of a possible 25 points.
