Federal Government Seeks Managed Care Support Services

OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News The federal government has a requirement to procure managed care support services for Health Service Region 11, which includes the states of Washington, Oregon, and six northern counties in Idaho. Services include development of region wide networks of health care providers for eligible beneficiaries. The proposed contract is for a base period of 10 months for transition and seven one-year options. Health care delivery will start in April 2002.
