OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News The federal government has a requirement to procure managed care support services for Health Service Region 11, which includes the states of Washington, Oregon, and six northern counties in Idaho. Services include development of region wide networks of health care providers for eligible beneficiaries.
