This document, released March 10, 2014, by Disability Rights Ohio presents the findings of a complaint investigation of conditions at the Rose-Mary Center, a 42-bed Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (ICF/IDD) operated by the Cleveland Diocese Catholic Charities Health and Human Services.
