This document is a sole-source contract announcement issued by the District of Columbia, Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS). DYRS selected Evidence Based Associates (EBA) to develop and implement Multi-Systemic Therapy for Emerging Adults (MST EA), an evidence-based program for young adults involved in the juvenile or criminal justice system.
