Pennsylvania Home Health Care Provider Rebrands As Affilia Home

A home health care provider that previously operated under three monikers – VNA Community Care Services, PinnacleHealth Home Care and Reading Health Home Care – has consolidated its identities under one new name: Affilia Home Health. Affilia serves nine counties in Southcentral and Southeastern Pennsylvania, and is affiliated with Lancaster General Health, PinnacleHealth System and Reading Health. This was reported by Central Penn Business Journal on April 14, 2014.
