Fact Sheet On Pennsylvania Governor’s Proposed 2013-2014 Budget

On February 5, 2013, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett released his Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Budget Proposal before the convening of the House and Senate. The budget, if approved, would be an increase of $679 million or 2.4% over the 2012-2013 approved budget. This document is a fact sheet highlighting some of the main points in the new proposal, including new job creation, taxes, education funding and investment, and healthcare funding.
