State Telehealth Laws and Reimbursement Policies: A Comprehensive Scan of the 50 States and the District of Columbia
On February 6, 2013, the Center for Connected Health Policy published a report providing a comprehensive scan of telehealth laws and regulations in the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The report is a summary guide of the most recent information available about how the states define, govern and regulate the use of telehealth or telemedicine technologies in the delivery of health care services as of December 2012.
