The Iowa State Association of Counties and the Iowa Department of Human Services released the memo to notify the state's 99 counties that technical assistance was available regarding the development of inter-county agreements to form regional Mental Health (MH) and Developmental Disability (DD) service networks. Starting July 1, 2014, the regional MH/DD service networks will share case management and support costs for non-Medicaid services under performance-based contracts with the state.
