WellCare Names Barbara Witte State President Of Missouri

WellCare Health Plans, Inc., announced that it has named Barbara A. Witte state president of Missouri, effective April 28. Witte will lead WellCare's Medicare Advantage business, its subsidiary, Missouri Care's Medicaid business and growth initiatives in the state. She will report to Dave Reynolds, WellCare's region president for Conn., Ill., Mo., N.J., N.Y. and Ohio.
