Ultrasis Appoints Alan Kershaw As Finance Director

Ultrasis PLC, the healthcare products and services company, said Wednesday that it has appointed former Finance and Operations Director of WH Ireland Group PLC, Alan Kershaw as the group's new Finance Director, with effect from June 2.

Kershaw will be replacing Penelope Tembra, who will be standing down as Finance Director with effect from July 1, as announced last week.

Kershaw stepped down from his role at WH Ireland at the end of February. WH Ireland replaced Kershaw with Dan Cowland, formerly of Lehman Brothers and Macquarie Bank.
