Freedom Healthcare Of America Acquires Two Addiction Services And Behavioral Health Providers
Nashville-based Freedom Healthcare of America, which does business as Addiction Campuses of America, has raised $3.8 million in a Series A funding round and acquired two addiction treatment and behavioral health companies, according to a news release. Addiction Campuses of America, based in Brentwood, bought Murfreesboro-based Spring2Life along with Turning Point Recovery, which operates in north Mississippi and Memphis, Tenn., the release says. Both programs will be integrated with the company's existing businesses, according to the release. The funding round was led by Atlanta-based Fulcrum Equity Partners along with Nashville-based Harpeth Ventures.
