Massachusetts Department of Corrections RFP Seeks Forensic Evaluations of Sex Offenders

The Massachusetts Department of Corrections (DOC) released the request for proposals on February 20, 2013, with the due date set for April 12, 2013. The DOC sought a contractor to provide independent consultants to the Community Access Board and Qualified Examiners to conduct forensic evaluations and provide forensic testimony in connection with the sexually dangerous person statute. The contract was awarded to Forensic Health Services, Inc., a subsidiary of MHM Services, Inc.
