OSHA Interim Final Rule: Procedures For The Handling Of Retaliation Complaints Under Section 1558 Of The Affordable Care Act

This interim final rule released February 22, 2013, by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) enforces employer and health insurer compliance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA). The OSHA rule establishes whistleblower protections, and worker protections against retaliation by an employer if the worker recieved a federal subsidy for health insurance.
