Richmond Behavioral Health Authority Announces New Chief Executive Officer
The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority will see a change in leadership. Jack Lanier is retiring and John P. Lindstrom — a 17-year employee of the agency and its current director of administration as well as access, emergency and medical services — will become the new CEO. The authority, which operates independently of the city government, oversees publicly funded services to low-income city residents with substance abuse and mental health issues and with intellectual disabilities.
