The Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) is planning to implement minimum licensing standards for psychiatric rehabilitation organizations that provide Medicaid funded peer support services. This document is the approved initiative for a regulation to be published later in 2013.
