Ohio House Bill 59 Department Of Developmental Disabilities Budget 2014-2015

This document is an analysis of provisions of House Bill 59 (Ohio’s budget bill) intended to help the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) implement a new reimbursement structure for Intermediate Care Facilities serving individuals with developmental disabilities (ICF/DD). Additional provisions in House Bill 59 will help the state downsize its Developmental Center population and provide waiver support services to more individuals.
