New Mexico Children, Youth & Families Department Competitive Proposal For Maternal, Infant & Early Childhood Home Visiting Program Grant

This document, released in September 2011, is the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) proposal for a competitive federal grant to expand the state’s early childhood home visiting program. The funding was through the Maternal, Infant, And Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Competitive Development Grant.
