The Society of Actuaries analyzed health care spending trends to predict changes in health care insurance costs likely to occur after 2014 when all aspects of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 go into effect. The projections are for each state, and national. The authors esstimate that claims costs will increase by 32%. As a result, health insurance premiums are also likely to rise.
