Letter Withdrawing New York State’s Medicaid Fee For Service (MFFS) Duals Proposal To CMS

On March 21, 2013, the New York State Department of Health sent a letter to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) notifying CMS that New York State decided to withdraw its Medicaid Fee for Service (MFFS) duals proposal to CMS. The state indicated its intent to keep its commitment to enroll qualifying dually eligible members in the New York State health home program.
